Hello, my name is Aprille and I want to warmly welcome you to our community.  Thank you for joining us!

I began practicing yoga more than 10 years ago and I have experienced amazing changes in my life - from physical health to compassionate understanding to a deeper sense of peace and SO much more.  I didn't begin yoga because I was flexible, I began yoga because it was challenging - both physically and mentally.  When I began, I couldn't touch my toes, I couldn't sit still for even 3 breaths, I couldn't even take a deep breath and I struggled with EVERY single pose.  But, what I found was that with time, I was stronger, quieter, more flexible, more forgiving, more open, more kind.  I became a better mother, wife, and human being with yoga in my life.  Yoga brought me a supportive community (and for a stay at home Mom with 2 little kids that was the BEST thing ever).  THIS is exactly what I aspire to offer you.

Yoga, for me, is about self-awareness, self-care, self-healing.

Yoga is nourishing, replenishing, releasing.

Yoga is healing - physically and emotionally.

Yoga and meditation can help ground you and bring balance to your daily life - physically and emotionally - anytime, anywhere.  Yoga can reconnect you to yourself and the world around you - uplift and inspire you.

I offer you a holistic approach to yoga from my heart - and home - to yours.
Yin, Restorative, Flow, Hatha yoga, Meditation, Myofascial Release and Healthy Living Tips!  I have over 500 hours of extensive yoga training and 10+ years of experience to offer as well as over 20 years of fitness experience.  What am I known for?  Intuitive and creative sequencing, in depth understanding of the body and it's functioning, compassionate and peaceful approach to life, deeply caring perspective, personal attention to each and every detail of a practice, connection to what happens in REAL people's lives, and lots and lots of research and education.

​Yoga changed MY life - helping me develop a strong and supportive community, body awareness (I can not only touch my toes but I respect my body and treat it with more kindness), strength and flexibility, and a sense of stillness and peace.  It has helped me reconnect with myself, and the world around me in supportive, caring, kind relationships helping me live a more meaningful life each day!

These are the things I offer you - community, a caring supportive environment, a way to develop your self-awareness, and a deeply nourishing practices to enhance your life/health and help you reconnect with yourself and the world around you.
